The first animation I reviewed was Gertie the Dinosaur.
I noticed the the single frame animation technique and the simplicity of the work.
Music has come a long way. This particular piece of music was very cheerful and was reflective of the mood of the piece. Gertie was described as a joyful, playful, character with a little bit of a sense of humor. But if I had to listen to this music all day I would become very edgy. Not that I didn't want to tap my toes to the beat. I bet a 2 year old would become engaged in the animation with help from the music.
